We pride ourselves in investing in the software and equipment which allows us to submit our site continually to the major search engines to gain the highest ranking possible in their listings. This allows us to promise we will give you the best world-wide exposure possible to people on the internet seeking to buy homes and property in Costa Rica.

There are no hidden charges, and since we are NOT brokers ourselves, we do NOT accept commissions of any kind, from any source. Also, we do NOT accept listings from brokers or agents, but only from owners of the property.

There is no charge for our web designer's creation and posting your web page to our site. Nor is there any additional charge for our scanning and editing of your photos to be included in your page. If you do not have photos of your property and you wish us to take pictures for you, we will travel to you and take pictures (under your direction) of your property or home at a modest additonal fee, depending on your location and the time it takes to travel there.
