There are no hidden charges, and since we are NOT brokers ourselves, we do NOT accept commissions of any kind, from any source. Also, we do NOT accept listings from brokers or agents, but only from owners of the property.

Our fees for listing are VERY competitive and are as follow:
Standard listing insertion fee $135 per QUARTER (3 months) payable in advance
Showcase listing insertion fee $225 per QUARTER (3 months) payable in advance.

The Standard listing will "link" from our main web page, to a subsequent web page where we will list your home on a single page with up to 4 graphic images (pictures) you supply at no additional charge.

The Showcase listing will be featured on our main web page with up to 4 graphic images (pictures) you supply at no additional charge.

There is no charge for our web designer's creation and posting your web page to our site. Nor is there any additional charge for our scanning and editing of your photos to be included in your page. If you do not have photos of your property and you wish us to take pictures for you, we will travel to you and take pictures (under your direction) of your property or home at a modest additonal fee, depending on your location and the time it takes to travel there.
